Dear NA/WPN member,

This is your opportunity to become a part of a fun new NA/WPN tradition! I'd like to announce the first annual Dutch Warmblood Calendar. Every year, starting 2005, there will be a beautiful full color glossy calendar for sale featuring the finest stallions, performance horses and young horses that the Dutch Studbook in North America has to offer. The calendar will feature important dates of NA/WPN activities, functions and deadlines as well as dates of important happenings in Holland and throughout the national and international horse community.

We invite you as members of the NA/WPN to participate in this exciting new venture. We will be including the best of YOUR CANDID PHOTOS. They can be funny, sweet, elegant, athletic, or playful; but most importantly they are of your NA/WPN or KWPN horses. One photo will be selected for the cover of the calendar. The other photos will be dispersed throughout the calendar. The photographer will be named as well as the horse(s), and the owner and breeder of the horse(s).

Remember these are your candid photos, so no photos from professional photographers please. While we will be using as many photographs as we can, we cannot guarantee that every photo will appear in the calendar. We will not be able to return your photos, so make sure you have a copy before you send us your only one. This year we would prefer prints.

Please fill out the Candid Photo Entry Form - one entry form for each photo and please submit as many as you like!

There are a lot of great candid pictures to take out there, so start snapping those photos!

Dear Stallion Owner;

The NA/WPN is proud to announce the production of a 2005 calendar. We are inviting you as an NA/WPN stallion owner to participate in this exciting new venture. The calendar will include important dates of NA/WPN activities, functions and deadlines as well as dates of important happenings in Holland and throughout the national and international horse community.

The calendars will be marketed online at the nawpn.org website. They will be available for sale at various horse shows and events where the NA/WPN will have an information booth.

The calendar will be professionally designed and printed. The pages will be in full color with gloss finish. There is space available for 12 stallion photos - 1 per month. The cost of the space is $800. We require an action photo of your stallion to be placed in the 8 X 12 space above the month and a conformation photo that will be placed on the month portion of the page. We will print the information on the stallion, the owners name, farm name and address and web address.

The photo needs to be professional quality. Copyright release from the photographer must accompany the photos.

As announced last month, the Stallion Directory will return for next year. The directory will sport a new layout with a color cover. The rate sheet for advertising in the 2005 NA/WPN Stallion Directory is now available. The reservation deadline for advertising is Sept 15, 2004. Back cover and inside covers (full page, full color) will be reserved on a 'first come' basis. Don't miss this targeted advertising opportunity.
